About the adventure

The Absolute has been defeated! You and your friends have been named heroes of Baldur's Gate, cementing your place in Faerun's history. But some of your allies haven't been as lucky - and you need to save them. Gather your allies and descend into Avernus to save Karlach, face off against Vlaakith with Lae'zel, and save all of Toril one last time. Will you become a renowned hero of Faerun? Or will you crush Toril under your own will?

What I provide

As a voice actor and theatre performer, I have numerous voices and characters to throw at you. I blend the serious with the humorous so that player characters will have a blend of hilarity and terror during their experience. I will be providing players with links for a Discord server for everyone to join as well as a link for encounter maps through Owlbear Rodeo.

Gameplay details

We will go over the table's preferred rules and regulations at the session zero. I will also give players the chance to fill out Google Form anonymously if players would like to tell me about any content restrictions they have that they do not feel comfortable talking about with the group. Additionally, we will be utilizing modified rules from Baldur's Gate 3. This includes: - You can cast two leveled spells in a turn as long as one is a action and the other is a bonus action. - Inspiration can stack on the same check. - Short rests are limited to two per day, healing half your hit points on a successful rest (Bard's Song of Rest grants an additional short rest). - You may change prepared spells at any time as long as they are not in combat. - Spell scrolls can be used by any class and does not require a spell check to use successfully. - Drinking healing potions is a bonus action, and throwing healing potions at allies heal them the potions healing value. And much more! (If you are unfamiliar with these rule changes, don't stress, I am happy to answer any questions or concerns you have.)

How will character creation work

Players may come into the game with characters they made for Baldur's Gate play through. You're character will start this adventure at level 12, regardless if your character reached level 12 previously. If you want to run a entirely new level 12 character, you are more than welcome to! Character creation will take place at our session zero. All you will need are some dice and character sheets to get things going. Stats will be determined with a 4d6 system - roll four dice, forget about the lowest one, then add up the highest three.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
