Beneath the Black Rose [a spooky D&D one-shot]

About the adventure

The adventurers are just looking for a good night's rest on a real bed for a pleasant change. On the road towards the Great Crag, they find respite in the village of Greenblade at the Black Rose Inn. Good ale, fresh bread, and a hearty stew, followed by a good night's rest in a genuine bed. Then in the dead of night: KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK! This is a single-session adventure of horror and spookiness set in the D&D world of Eberron for 6th-level characters. Players new to D&D are welcome! We play on Roll20, using D&D Beyond for our character sheets and dice rolls using the Beyond20 browser extension. We use Discord for chat, voice and text only.

How to prepare

You will need a decent microphone for Discord chat (preferably set to Push-to-Talk), a Roll20 account, and a D&D Beyond account.

I have every sourcebook on D&D Beyond, so you have all the character creation options available to you.

Gameplay details

This game contains the following themes: horror and gore. Players can make use of the safety tools available, and can always message the DM privately if they wish about any issues they might have.
