About me

Created by Dave Martin and his Arizona-based gaming group in 1996, The Wrecking Crew quickly developed into an organization with members in several other states. In 2000, The Wrecking Crew became one of the official demo teams that share a passion and love for World of Darkness table-top gaming. Due to their longstanding devotion to their craft, White Wolf elevated The Wrecking Crew to the rank of Senior Demo Team in 2009. As a result, the Wrecking Crew has had the honor of running a number of developer release events, most recently the Vampire: The Masquerade 20th Anniversary Edition. Since 2011, The Wrecking Crew has done play tests and run numerous demos for the excellent products created by Onyx Path Publishing. The Wrecking Crew has also expanded into the work of other publishers as well. When Paradox Interactive created the 5th edition of Vampire: The Masquerade, The Wrecking Crew was chosen to demo the release of the new edition at GenCon 2018. Since then, The Wrecking Crew has also developed a relationship with Modiphius, running events such as Dune: Adventures in the Imperium in a developer release in 2020. Additionally, The Wrecking Crew regularly runs Robert E. Howard’s Conan, ACHTUNG! Cthulhu, and StarTrek Adventures. Since the transition of conventions online due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Wrecking Crew has continued to provide top notch gaming experiences to the communities it serves.
