StartPlaying is excited to announce our partnership with the LGBT National Help Center for our June Charity event! From June 1st to the 30th, Game Masters can run sessions where 100% of the proceeds benefit the LGBT National Help Center. StartPlaying is also waiving our standard 10% cut from bookings for all LGBT National Help Center games, and we will match funds raised by all GMs up to $1000. Their History and Mission: The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) National Help Center, founded in 1996, is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that provides vital peer support, community connections, and resource information through helplines and online chatrooms. Their services focus on sexual orientation and/or gender identity and expression. They are the oldest and most comprehensive national organization of its type and scope in the United States, providing critically needed services regardless of age or geographic location. They help youth and adults with coming-out issues, safer-sex information, school bullying, family concerns, relationship problems, and a lot more. The people who turn to them for help often live in rural and conservative parts of the country and are frequently feeling severely isolated, closeted and in despair, with literally no one else safe to talk to.

You may use any VTT of your choice as long as it does not conflict with our Code of Conduct.
When can I run games?
LGBT National Help Center Charity Event runs from June 1st through June 30th. You can create a game for any timeslot during that time but we recommend that games start at the following timeslots: 12pm EDT, 3pm EDT, 6pm EDT, and 9pm EDT. When scheduling your sessions, keep in mind that StartPlaying.Games will adjust to each user's time zone.
