About the adventure
We will play with the Story Time Frame rules, a play-by-post ruleset. This means you don't control just one character; instead, every player is a writer adding bits to a larger story. The beginning and end are defined, but still vague: ====[Fist day of spring, 128 years after the comet]=== 600 000 soldiers from various kingdoms and domains march south together with a shared goal. They will bring an end to Willem the Vile and save the future of mankind. ===[61th day of winter, 136 years after the comet]=== Astrid strikes her spear through Willem's chest. She can return home, the only survivor. Other than this, it is up to all of you. Maybe you can write about how scared a specific archer is and how his hands still tremble in the summer of 128. This messes up his shots. He fears he won't impress the knight he is so smitten with. Another player could pick up on this and write a bit about this character in the winter of 129, when he travels with a veteran mercenary who teaches the archer that being scared and caring is exactly what it takes to be brave. And in a couple more bits written by various players, we could learn about how this archer, in a great feat af bravery, sacrifices himself for the mission and to save his beloved. Since bits don't have to be chronological, our story is going to go a bit all over the place. And since we are all just adding to it without knowing the intentions of others, there is no pressure to create great writing. It will just be exciting to discover this story as we slowly draft it together.

About me
Being a dungeon master as been a creative outlet for me for over 8 years. I take pride in running a story driven game where the backstories players make, shape the Campaign. Nothing is as fun as giving players real native choisies and being blown away by their unexpected choisies. I look forward to play with you!

Creating your character
You do not need to create characters for this game; we will all write about the same characters together. You can read the rules for Story Time Frames here for free, or you can leave the creator a small donation. It is less than a page to read, but I am also happy to explain it more over Discord.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
The only thing you need is a Discord profile. I will send you the invite link.
What Ben brings to the table
I will guide the game and ensure everyone follows the simple guidelines. I might write along if needed to keep the ball rolling, but the ball is in your court. This is your story.
Homebrew rules
This is a play-by-post game. Thus, you can schedule your responses whenever you have time to be a bit creative.

How Ben creates a safe table
We have X, N, and O's. These are embedded in the rules of the game. I will make sure to moderate and keep everyone to these rules. I want the game to stay rated for all ages. Should anything else ever make you uncomfortable, let me know, and I'll be glad to make changes.
