About the adventure

In the noir city of Pandrum sometimes cases can fall through the cracks, or, even more likely, be shifted off to you, lower-ranking detectives for the premier agency of the city. This is an open-to-all one-shot but serves well for people just getting into D&D! This is a simple one-shot, meaning that you only have to attend one self-contained session, where you will learn any new mechanics, but the session should be fun for experienced players as well! If you are a fan of noir films, or just want to explore the more mysterious side of the dnd world, this is the perfect one-shot for you! Welcome to the agency!

About me

I have a deep love for fantasy, and have been passionate about it since I was 5! I've been GM-ing for close to 12ish years and have run in several systems. I love finding new systems as well, but I'm most proficient in Dnd 5 & 5.5e. I tend to specialize in large worlds with deep histories and unique magic and religious systems! I am a roleplay-first GM, and I believe that most conflicts in TTRPGs can and should be first solved by words, and if necessary, swords.

Character creation

Creating your character

please come prepared with a character! This is a noir detective-style mystery one-shot, so be prepared to find clues and interrogate perps. Any style of character creation works, and if you need help with character creation, we will have a little time before the session for me to assist with character creation
