Resident Evil: Raccoon City [PBP NSFW 18+]

About the adventure

Umbrella Corporation has unleashed the T-Virus and B.O.W.s upon the street of Raccoon City. Danger lurks around every corner waiting for its chance to strike you down. What kind of survivor are you? A family man trying to get his loved ones out, how about a police officer doing his best to help during the crisis, or do you work for Umbrella collecting the data on how effective their Bioweapons are? Do you try to play hero and save helpless civilians, or do you look after your own skin? Will be using a rules lite homebrew system using d10 to determine success or fails. Your skills will range from 1 through 10 and your goal is to roll equal to or below your skill number. Example if your Melee skill is 7 you need to roll 7 or lower to hit the target. Rolling a 1 is a critical giving you an action point which can be used to reroll a die, add extra damage, or provide healing. A player can have up to 3 action points at a time. Players will have 3 actions per turn. If you use multiple attacks during your turn, you will receive an accurate penalty. The penalty applies to all your attack that round. If you make two attacks both would receive a -2 to the attack rolls, three attacks would each receive a -3 to each of the attack rolls. Players can take the aim action giving them a +1 to attack rolls critical chance. Example if you use one action to aim your critical chance is now a roll of 1 or 2, If you use two actions to aim your critical chance range is increased from 1 through 3. Players can use their actions to take a defensive stance decreasing the enemy attack roll success by one point per defensive stance. Example if the enemy has a Melee score of 8 taking a defensive stance would reduce their accuracy requiring them to roll 7 or lower to hit you. If you use two actions on defensive stance it would reduce their accuracy to 6, and three actions spent on defensive stance would further reduce their accuracy to a 5. Player's health will be a total of 9 wounds which may be upgraded later on in the campaign. In general damage will deal 1 trough 3 wounds. These rules may change as we play.
