About the adventure
Band together to explore the ruined city of Drakkenheim, a once majestic capital that now lays in corrupted decay after being struck by an eldritch meteor. Using the kickstarter-funded 'Dungeons of Drakkenheim', 'Sebastian Crowe's Guide to Drakkenheim' and 'Monsters of Drakkenehim', your hero will contest with mutated arcane abominations, desperately avoid the mysterious haze of toxic magical energy that hangs over the city like a funeral shroud, and work with or against the many factions that seek to rule the rubble. Should you join this adventure, know that danger will be around every corner and only those with nerves of steel and companions they trust will survive. But what could drive a person to risk life, limb, and their very mind? Riches, renown, and revenge all await when you Delve into Drakkenheim.

About me
Storytelling has always been a passion of mine and Dungeons and Dragons is my favorite way to do so. I want us to work together to tell the best stories we can, no matter if they are hacking and slashing your way through an ancient ruin or exploring the most dangerous dungeon of all...the melodrama of the heart. Hands down my favorite campaign setting to run games in is Eberron, but my inspirations include the Dragon Age series, Dresden Files, and Chrono Trigger. I am adaptable to run lots of different kinds of games, it will depend largely on the group's preferences. I'm open to Modules for long term games as well as more short term homebrew adventures. LGBTQ+ friendly, Pacific Standard Time.

Creating your character
Character creation should be done over the course of a Session 0, at least when it comes to core concepts and broad strokes of backstory. I recommend level 1 for players just getting started, and 3rd level for more experienced players. I've helped many people make characters and am often available to provide advice.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Discord and Roll20 are both browser based and free, I'll be available to help anyone unfamiliar with Roll20 learn about it. I'll be using a webcam but I do not require it from anyone else. Mics are a bit more important for ease of communication, if you use a wireless mic I'd ask that it be with enough charge to last through the session or you have a plan in place should they expire abruptly. Have a picture that you feel fits your character, or enough of a description I could make a basic one.
What Zandreas brings to the table
I will bring my 'A' game to every session, detailed maps, character tokens, a number of character voices, and soundtracks.

How Zandreas creates a safe table
First and foremost this is a game played for the fun of all involved, it will never be my intention to cause distress out of game. Clear communication is very important to me in tackling difficult subjects so I promise I'll always do my best to hear out any concerns without judgement. Roll20 and Discord are my weapons of choice in the arena of storytelling and I have an extensive library of resources to make the game as immersive and engaging as possible. Since there are so many different ways to run a game and I tend to adapt my style to fit the group and story, a session 0 is a must for me. Characters should feel like a part of the world, often the most important part since they are your lens into the story.
