About the adventure
Trauma Team saves subscribers. You save everyone else. Night City, 2045. The city is rebuilding, but medicine is just another product. If your coverage lapses, no armored AV descends from the sky. If you live in the wrong neighborhood, dispatch never answers at all. You are the crew of NO COVERAGE, an illegal emergency-response service operating from a reinforced ambulance and a makeshift neighborhood clinic. Every shift brings new calls: a wounded gang lieutenant caught behind enemy lines, a corporate employee trying to escape his own security detail, a suspected Cyberpsycho begging for help, or someone you hate bleeding out in an alley. You cannot answer every call. You may not know who is telling the truth. You still have to decide who gets saved. Get in, secure the scene, stabilize the patient, and get out alive. Some people will pay you in Eurobucks. Others offer medicine, ammunition, information, protection, or favors that may eventually be worth far more. As your reputation grows, you will upgrade the ambulance, expand your clinic, negotiate passage through hostile territory, and become responsible for people Night City considers disposable. Then the crew begins to notice a pattern: contaminated drugs, interrupted medical shipments, delayed emergency calls, and weapons appearing in exactly the wrong hands. Someone is manufacturing a public-health catastrophe. Your crew is treating the consequences. Eventually, you might find out who is causing them.

About me
I'm Dopefish, a GM with over ten years of experience in crafting unforgettable adventures in the worlds of Dungeons & Dragons and beyond. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or a newcomer eager to embark on your first adventure, I aim to create a thrilling and immersive experience that will leave you eagerly anticipating our next session. I believe in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where every player's choices shape the narrative. From treacherous dungeons and mystical realms to complex characters and intricate plots, I tailor each campaign to ensure that your story is unique and memorable. I run my games using Fantasy Grounds or Roll20 as well as Discord for voice and organizing. We don't use cameras.

Creating your character
Character creation will be done together over Discord as well as during a Session 0. A questionnaire will be handed out to help you flesh your character's story out. We will be using Edgerunner or "Complete Package" systems to create our characters with a lot of options and customization.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Before the first session, players should: * Join the campaign Discord server * Complete the RPG consent checklist * Read the campaign primer * Fill out the character questionnaire. You do not need to own the Cyberpunk RED books. Rules explanations, character-creation assistance, maps, tokens, and campaign materials will be provided. A microphone is required. Webcams are not used.
What Dopefish brings to the table
Character Voices: I bring Night City's characters to life with distinct voices, personalities, motives, and attitudes. Patients, gang leaders, corporate representatives, neighborhood organizers, and fixers will remember how you treated them. Rule of Cool: I respect the rules, but I prioritize fun, creativity, and the brutal style of Cyberpunk. Clever plans and memorable ideas will always be given a fair chance to work. Improvisation: The campaign will respond to your decisions. Calls can be refused, patients can become allies or enemies, and entire neighborhoods may change depending on who you save and what you expose. Beginner-Friendly: New to Cyberpunk RED? No problem. I will help with character creation and teach the rules during play without expecting you to memorize the system beforehand. Custom Maps and Tokens: Expect custom battlemaps, location art, character tokens, handouts, vehicles, and visual material designed specifically for the campaign. Tactical Combat: Combat will reward positioning, preparation, cover, teamwork, and knowing when to retreat. Many encounters will involve protecting or extracting someone rather than simply eliminating every enemy. Emergency-Response Mechanics: The campaign will include bespoke systems for dispatch calls, patient conditions, triage, medical supplies, ambulance upgrades, neighborhood access, and the reputation of NO COVERAGE. A Living Night City: The people you rescue will survive, remember you, and continue living their lives. Enemies may become patients, patients may become contacts, and a single decision can reshape the crew's relationship with an entire neighborhood.

Safety
How Dopefish creates a safe table
I use an RPG Consent Checklist before the game to establish boundaries, lines, and veils. This helps make sure everyone is on the same page about tone and content from the start. At the table, I run an open-door policy - if something makes you uncomfortable, you can reach out to me at any time. It's always my intention for everyone at the table to be comfortable with the campaign. I also support simple in-game check-ins (message, chat, or speaking up) if something needs to be adjusted in the moment. We'll go over expectations in Session 0, including tone, boundaries, and how to communicate if something isn't working. Aftercare is available as needed. If a session hits heavy themes, we tend to have a quick debrief after the session as a check-in, and adjust as needed.
