About the adventure
This adventure is a retelling of the classic adventure, "Lost Mines of Phandelver," in which the party must confront a myriad of threats in order to help Phandelin re-establish their position as a prosperous mining town along the Sword Coast. This new version adds an extra layer of intrigue through higher level chapters and thus larger enemies and more story to explore, as well as darker themes. Perfect for a beginner or returning experts, this adventure is fitting for those wishing a more classic Dungeons and Dragons campaign.

Welcome to my profile! I have been an avid player and DM for D&D going on about five years. Creating your character
Starting at level 1. All character sheets must be run through Foundry for consistency. The current Character Options are sourced from the following books; - Player's Handbook - Dungeon Master's Guide - Heroes of Faerun - Sebastion Crowe's Guide to Drakkenheim - The Crooked Moon - Ebberon: Forge of the Artificer Please no homebrew/unowned third party options of the following; - Species - Spells - Backgrounds - Classes / Subclasses Basic starting gear, as allowed by chosen class or background.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Reach out with any questions first, join our discord, and set up your Foundry and Forge accounts if you dont have them. The game's VTT is Foundry but is hosted through Forge's servers, so players can access characters outside of game days.
What Hyena brings to the table
I try to utilize all aspects of Foundry's capabilities, so background music or sound effects are commonly used. Most sessions are a more relaxed atmosphere, with room for Rule of Cool and comedic bits. Players are encouraged to stay serious in moments where it's warranted.

How Hyena creates a safe table
All players are encouraged to voice when they wish to move on from a topic, or to contact me outside of the game to clarify their concerns. Session 0 will be held for players to introduce themselves and their characters, as well as their expectations for the game.
