About the adventure

Refugees of the Blind Jump.. somewere in the Ash Sector Years after the fall of the Empire, the galaxy is fragile. Imperial remnants roam the Outer Rim—wounded, desperate, and dangerous. A convoy of Alderaanian refugees carries the last survivors of a culture destroyed decades ago by the Death Star. Artists, engineers, diplomats, and children travel toward the newly founded New Alderaan colony, hoping to rebuild what was lost. But the galaxy is not done testing them. A lone Imperial remnant frigate intercepts the convoy mid-journey. Outgunned and vulnerable, the transport suffers heavy damage. Shields buckle, engines falter, and the hyperdrive is critically impaired. With no other choice, the captain orders a desperate blind hyperspace jump. The jump works… partially. The ship emerges too close to a planet’s gravity well. Systems fail. Atmospheric entry is catastrophic. The ship crashes on a temperate, seemingly habitable world. The Imperial pursuers cannot follow—the blind jump leaves no trace. You are stranded. This is where your story begins. Players take the roles of those aboard the crash: security volunteers, engineers, medics, New Republic scouts, smugglers, and Force-sensitive individuals hiding in the post-Empire era. Your immediate task: triage the wounded, salvage the wreck, secure resources, and establish a defensible position. The planet appears hospitable, but strange energy signatures, ancient ruins, and subtle environmental anomalies hint that it is not entirely unclaimed. The core of the campaign is survival and moral choice. You are not elite soldiers or Jedi. You are caretakers and protectors, responsible for hundreds of civilians. Leadership under pressure, ethical dilemmas, and navigating unexpected dangers drive the story. Every encounter—from scavenging missions to uncharted hazards—forces the group to weigh survival against morality. Diplomacy, strategy, and resourcefulness are just as important as combat skills. The world itself is alive: dynamic, mysterious, and occasionally hostile. Ancient ruins may harbor advanced technology or long-forgotten warnings. Ecological threats test adaptability. Choices have lasting consequences—not just for survival, but for the cultural and political future of the refugees. This Star Wars D6 campaign emphasizes cinematic storytelling, tension, and high-stakes decision-making. Players can expect: Resource and population management under pressure Tactical combat and environmental hazards Moral dilemmas with lasting impact Exploration of alien landscapes and ruins Opportunities for heroism, diplomacy, and tough sacrifices Every action matters. The refugees are your responsibility. The planet may not be neutral. And somewhere out there, the Empire’s fragments may yet return. Will you survive, and more importantly, will you protect hope in the ashes of a shattered culture?

About me

I have over 20 years of tabletop gaming experience and love telling stories while providing interactive experiences. I have played a wide variety of games, from Dungeons & Dragons to Conspiracy X 1E. My passion for Vampire: The Masquerade is borderline obsessive; there's so much lore to dive into! When I run games, I prefer to give players the freedom to shape their characters through their experiences. I'm unorthodox in that I often provide characters with a slight boost in power, but don't worry—you'll never become overly powred but have a sense of compitance. Feel free to message me if you have any questions; I'm always happy to chat about anything related to roleplaying. My games focus on roleplay rather than mechanics.

How Majorhudson GM creates a safe table

We can go over any limits or hard “no’s” you may have for the game. I aim to keep my sessions light and fun, so please keep that in mind. Regarding Light and Dark Side characters: if you plan to play an evil character, please avoid portraying them as a psychopath—doing so may result in a warning. After each session, I’m happy to set aside time to talk if anyone wants to debrief or needs support. You can also reach out to me via Discord anytime if you have concerns or need aftercare.
