About the adventure
Introduction: Great for new players!! Perfect for players who want a longterm world to get involved in. My work schedule never changes and im open for play any week! This Campaign will start at lv1 and can take players to lv 10. Curse of Straid is a campaign packed with horror and unsettling moments that will have you at the edge of your seat. Depending on the group we can deinitely turn it down or ramp it up, but id say its good for all D&D players, old and new. I like to have a good mixture of horror and laughter, so youre never burnt out of one or the other. The Setting: Set in the mist covered land of Barovia, a place of unknown origins filled with mystery, and danger. Always In the distance a terrifying Castle reminding you of just how little is known about the area you find yourself in. The Hook: You all find yourselves walking down a dark road in an unfalimiar forest, Not quite sure how youve even got here. All around you, you hear the howl of wolves and the crackling of leaves in the distance. You all grab your weapons and spellbooks. This is where we begin....

About me
hello there! My names Marco colon. Ive always taken a liking to all things fantasy and magic, especially Dungeons and Dragons. I grew up loving board games and have always wanted to create my own, So jumping into being a DM was an easy choice. I’ve been a forever DM for as long as I’ve been playing the game, and look forward to every opportunity to play/ run the game I love. Some shared interests we may have are: LoTr, Final Fantasy, PC gaming, Mmorpg, all music, funny movies, retro Gaming, RPG's, TTRPG'S I’ve been playing and dungeon mastering the game for close to 15 years now. I started as a kid drawing on sheets of paper, to now taking pride in running any kind of campaign whether they be classic, home-brewed, evil, grand or one shot. I have a lot of experience with foundry, 3D canvas within foundry, and tabletop simulator. I use foundry because it brings worlds alive with its beautiful maps, animated spells, clickable chatacter sheets, and etc. Im personally very goofy/silly/easy going/ and generally very easy to get along with lol. I like to share a laugh but im not afraid to add emotion to the game. I love a good story! When it comes to AI Images, Im okay with it/ Have used it in previous games. While im okay with it im also okay with NOT using it and have purchased many NPC and monster packs to where its not really necessary for me (My fiancee is also an artist so i dont use it too frequently)

All people of all kinds will be greatly welcomed! There will be a session zero before the game where i will give players the opportunity to set things off the table, or give me personal notes to keep in mind while running the game. There will be breaks when needed. X,N,O Cards can be PM'd to me through Startplaying, Discord, or In game. And of course certain things can be mentioned as off limits at the table to all party members.
