About the adventure
The village of Inatol is quiet. A noble lady sits in the local inn with coin on the table and a careful smile — she needs a group of capable strangers to retrieve an ancient relic from the Tomb of the Unnamed King, a sealed burial site that has stood undisturbed for centuries. Until recently. The Tomb of the Unnamed King is a beginner-friendly one-shot adventure set in Etryia, a homebrew world inspired by medieval England, Lord of the Rings and games like Dragon Age. Expect dungeon exploration, tactical combat, roleplay, and a mystery that rewards players who ask the right questions. The tone is dark but not grimdark — danger is real, but so is the satisfaction of surviving it. This game is designed for players who are brand new to Pathfinder 2e, or to tabletop RPGs entirely. Rules will be explained as they come up. No previous knowledge is needed, if you want to make your own character we can sit together to make it! Otherwise I will have premade characters ready to go!

About me
Hi! I'm Raih! I've been GMing for a few years now, but the world I've homebrewed has been alive in my head longer than that; it started as a novel I dreamed of one day publishing, but something never quite clicked until my friends became the characters, and the moment they did, I never looked back. I love world building more than almost anything else at the table. My games are built around worlds that live and breathe — NPCs with their own agendas, lore with real history behind it, places that feel like they existed before the players arrived and will keep existing after they leave. I put a lot of care into the details, but I hold them loosely. If my players fall in love with something I left vague, we build it together. If the story needs the lore to bend, it bends. It is my belief that these are stories we build together. My sessions try for balance combat and roleplay, but I'll be honest; nothing makes me happier than watching players get completely lost in the world. When they start theorizing about the lore, getting attached to NPCs, making choices based on who their character is rather than what's tactically optimal — that's when I know we've got something special. If you want a table that feels like a living world and a GM who's genuinely excited to see what you do in it, you'll fit right in.

Creating your character
If you desire to create your own character we will sit together at least a day before the session to make it and I will guide you through it.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Since we will be using discord for organization and communication while during the session, so it is important to have an account!
What Raih brings to the table
I promise an experience that is patient, where no question is to silly to make, and where I will be there to guide you as needed every step of the way. I follow the rules but don't obsess over and love it when my players do cool things, so rule of cool appears often in my games. I create detailed maps for the session, and I try to make my combats and roleplay as interesting and interactive as I can. I use Foundry VTT with several modules for ease of use as well as ambient sounds and music, however within the music tab you can individually set how low or high you may want to have them for your comfort.
Homebrew rules
-Two weapon flurry for rogues and two-weapon fighting classes I give as a first level feat, not until level 14, and this one shot starts with 2 hero points (inspiration).

How Raih creates a safe table
As this is a one-shot, it is unlikely we will do a session 0 all together, but I would still like to have a 1 on 1 with each player to speak about what things could be triggering and what their expectations may be. From that forward and into the session we will be using lines and veils, as well a X,N,O cards sent in private messaging through discord or sent in the game chat. Of course if at any point you feel uncomfortable and need to take a break, feel free to do so! Please keep this in mind when scheduling.
