Children of the Unmade [Free Session 0]

Creating your character

Characters will be created during Session 0 and will be done as a group. They must all be present at Kholinar at the start of the campaign. I will also have pregenerated characters ready if that's your preference. There will be no limitations on the characters except for whatever information is available to use!

Preparing for the session

Players should have a microphone and ideally headphones (or at least some mechanism to avoid background noise intruding in the session). The use of cameras is optional and will be discussed during Session 0. Players must have a access to a web browser, as well as a Discord account which will be the main means of communication for the campaign.

What Kenan brings to the table

I will have the module ready with all the necessary elements for the sessions. I believe the most important thing for this Campaign specifically is to enjoy the Cosmere universe, and as such will focus on narrative beats that support that and might at times handwave some of the rules in favor of a smoother experience. However we may talk about this in Session 0 and adopt a different focus if that is your preference!

How Kenan creates a safe table

We will talk about an overview of the module and player expectations in Session 0, as well as go over the Lines and Veils (we'll keep them in a Google Drive document I'll provide). The document may be expanded on at any time during future sessions and if at any point during a session you feel uncomfortable, we will use the Script Change version of X-N-O cards and address it. The campaign will be very focused on the Unmade, with some of the whimsy and hope that is so core to Roshar, with comedic moments, dramatic ones, and definitely some epic combat scenes, so expect all of the above!
