About the adventure
The Raven Queen stirs. Her rise to divinity was complete, and yet there was something missing. The dead lumbered restlessly throughout Exandria. War was brewing throughout Wildemount. The Gods were silent. She, herself, on the other side of the Divine Gate couldn't do much. Her gaze settled on this group of adventurers, making a name for herself. Behind her porcelain mask, the Raven Queen smiled for the first time. --------------- Our World is Exandria, the time 905 P.D. The Chroma Conclave was defeated by the intrepid band of adventurers that called themselves Vox Machina. The Whispered One, the Tyrant King, Lord of Shadows Vecna was also silenced before his machinations to achieve divinity could be heard throughout the cosmos. Yet, whispers now travel through the cosmos of Exandria of a new plot, set into motion with the defeat of The Whispered One, and unfolding over the entire world. Nobody was safe. The world would need heroes to deal with this new calamity. Would you be the heroes to guide Exandria to a depth of greatness never before seen? Or would you take Divinity for yourself and destroy the world that has wronged you so?

About me
Hello to one and all, My name is Shouray, I'm a 26 year old Lawyer, and I've been DMing D&D for around 12 years at this point. I have experience with D&D 3.5, 4e, 5e and many other RPGs. My games have ranged from casual to ultra-serious, from Comedy to Horror and from level 1 to level 20. I love RPGs and I love storytelling, so I should be a good pick for your group. I have approximately 2000 hours of play on Roll20 alone, with experience DMing in real life as well as on a game called "Tabletop Simulator", where I have a further 1000 hours. Roleplaying is an escape for me, and in hectic times like the one we live in today, I think we all need an escape. What I provide in my games: -> Help in every stage in the game, even when we're not playing. Be it understanding the rules, making your experience more fun, or just helping you come up with a homebrew class/race/item, I'll be there whenever you need me. -> A world for you to play around in, either made from scratch or a pre-established setting if that's what you prefer -> Music in every session -> A Roleplaying Space -> Maps for combat, pictures and illustrations to help you envision the world we build together -> An elaborate plot or just a sandbox for you to run around in
View Profile →Character creation
Creating your character
Characters will be made at Level 3. They will be made either on Roll20 Beyond or on Tabletop Simulator with the DM. We will use the stat-rolling method of character creation. A backstory for each character that will be integral to the game will be worked out with the Dungeon Master ahead of time or during the session 0.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will be needed to talk to the DM through discord, so adding the DM on Discord before session 0 is a must. Reading the rules will be helpful, but if you show up without any knowledge of the rules, I will still welcome you at my table and help you learn.
What OriginalDM brings to the table
The game will include maps, animated battlemaps, NPCs that are fully fleshed out with art(for the important ones) and illustrations. Music and mood images will also be provided.

How OriginalDM creates a safe table
This game explores mature themes in the spirit of Critical Role — war, moral ambiguity, loss, and dark storytelling. The X-Card, Lines & Veils, and an Open Door Policy are all in place. A mandatory Session Zero happens before the campaign begins where we align on boundaries and expectations together.
