About the adventure
We're playing Warhammer 40,000, but with the rules of Dungeons & Dragons. We'll be a using my own module to alter and reskin the rules of Dungeons and Dragons to help it fit into the 41st millennium (very little homebrew rules). The rule changes and reskins are simple, so any die hard Dungeons and Dragons player will have no problem learning, and it will completely familiar and right at home for long time lovers of the Warhammer 40K setting. But you don't need to be a veteran of 40K, but a brand new to this Grim Dark setting. You also don't need to be a veteran to D&D either, as I am more then willing to help you learn everything. The Story: Aboard the Damocles, Inquisitor Dusk of Ordo... wait, what Ordo does she belong to? Who even is this woman bearing the mark of the Inquisition? Unknown to all but her and her cohort, Dusk works in the shadows of the Imperium to complete her mission. To do so, she has pulled from various organizations from around the galaxy. Mechanicus, Arbites, PDF, Militarum, and more; she has built a strong warband to fight long side her. What is her mission? Who is she hunting? All you know is one thing: Your life belongs to her, and your Death belongs to the Emperor.

About me
Hey, I'm Gonzo. Dungeons Master and YouTuber at 63rdLegion Gaming, where I spend a lot of time talking about Dungeons & Dragons and Warhammer 40K (though more D&D than anything). I love story telling, and its probably why I have written and ran so many campaigns in a short period of time (since 2018 I've hosted 8 campaigns). I've quickly learned on the spot to adapt to different player types and needs, and have hosted a game as large as 13 player for several weeks (never again lol). My games mix a wide array of story types, such as; Dark Fantasy, Horror, Steam Punk, Arcane Punk, Gothic, Dystopia, Chanbara (samurai stories), and Muppet... yes, I said Muppet. As as my name suggests, I always throwing in a little chaos (I've ran a game that gave the players 2 Decks of Many Things) and love a good twist that so far none of players have seen coming in any of my games. All my games (regardless of style) are always stories that see my world transform before the players eyes as they interact with it (3 of my campaigns that ran simultaneously, altered and fed into each other), and travel through it. I love stories that allow the players to explore their characters and grow them into who they want them to be; regardless of if they want to be hero or villain, and love working with players to forge their characters. Right now I'm only playing D&D 5E and Labyrinth the Adventure Game, but I know other systems and will be adding them as I write stories for them.

Creating your character
Will be using standard character creation, but using Warhammer 40K themed lineages and backgrounds. We'll going through everything during session 0, and I will be helping with everything so there is no confusion. We'll be going over the history of your characters and setting
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need to join my Discord; where not only we will be playing it through, but also using to communicate between games and keep notes.
What Gonzo brings to the table
I will be providing a PDF for character creation. This will include 40K human lineages (Abhumans like Squats, Ratling, and more), backgrounds (such as Hive Worlder, Progena, Mechanicus, and more), some basic information for those new to the Grim Dark future of 40K, and wargear (weapons, armor, and more). We'll be using standard D&D classes with reskins to help them fit into the lore (all classes published in books and the Blood Hunter will be allowed).
Homebrew rules
This 40K module will come with some reskined rules and homebrewed ones. Like Perils of the Warp (not like the one from older games; don't worry this will not end your character, but its still as damgerous), more proficiencies for backgrounds, bodily damage from critical hits and death saves, and some more fun things.

How Gonzo creates a safe table
Session 0 will be to help players with character creation, understanding the lore, and talk about all we need to know about each other (experiences and limits). I pride myself as being a fluid DM, shifting each game to help each player feel comfortable and enjoy the game.
