About the adventure
Welcome to the Far North North of the Spine of the World and west of the towering Reghed Glacier is a frigid expanse few dare to explore, let alone inhabit. This icy land of windswept tundra recently became locked in a perpetual, dark winter without reprieve. Auril the Frostmaiden, the divine embodiment of winter’s fury, has withdrawn to this cold corner of the world to live among mortals. Further, she has cast a terrible spell over Icewind Dale, to the detriment of most of its denizens.

I have been DMing since 2018 and like to have fun and helping new player learn the ropes. Joke are primary focus to my sessions and I love dark humor. I'm used to run 5e and 5.5e (2024 ed.).

Creating your character
We will do character creation on session 0, so everyone at the table can know what others are playing and to plan accordingly. We will use standard array and all official book are fine, if you want something homebrew or UA please ask and give me few minutes to look into it.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
I use Discord to play D&D, and so will ask players to create an account for it. You can add me on Discord (My username is written on my profile) and I will add you to the server. I don't mind if we use cameras or not. I'd say, I would leave it for the session 0 question. You will also need to create a Roll20 account as we are playing there. (Don't worry, it's free ^^)
What Pixi3 brings to the table
I like combat more then roleplay, but it doesn't mean that this is a dungeon crawl. I try my best to do voices but I can't change my voice much, so characters are more shown with emotions and personalities then voice. When it comes to rules, I have few that are homebrew, like healing pot can be used as either action or bonus action for example. Otherwise is as written , unless we as a group decide to change something, then we will use that new rule instead.
Homebrew rules
Drinking a healing pot as an action gives you max healing, while as a bonus action you roll for healing. Once per session you can reroll any of your d20s, mostly cuz I don't care about inspirations, so this is instead.

How Pixi3 creates a safe table
I never needed a safety tools and X,N & O cards, but if at any point someone is uncomfortable with something feel free to speak about it, or shoot me a DM if you don't feel like others don't need to hear or know about it. This is a DND game, and with that Violence and death follow every combat encounter and a few to some roleplay encounters.
