About the adventure

In Accursed Adventures, you will discover a creature of pure nightmare as you investigate a sleeping sickness, a series of grisly, sadistic deaths, and their mysterious connection to liminalities throughout the area. Evidence points toward a forgotten, locked-away Accursed Family orchestrating supernatural events in an attempt to reemerge into our world. This campaign will open with starting level characters created using the Curseborne core rulebook. The campaign's events focus on three tentpole tales, each with a handful of sidequests attached. If the party chooses to continue after the initial adventures are completed this will grow into an ongoing Curseborne chronicle with the player's characters dealing with the Accursed politics of the city while facing other strangeness cropping up within their territory.

Creating your character

We will meet for group character creation during session zero. Late joiners will have a one-on-one character creation session scheduled before the next session.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Players will need a microphone and a discord account. The game will be held on my Discord server. A link to join will be provided when players sign up.

Safety

How Travis Legge creates a safe table

We will begin with a session zero discussion where everyone lists things they do and do not wish to see, we discuss the safety tools in play, and we select ready-made characters for everyone if needed. We'll use X, N, and O verbally or typed in the chat. We will have a brief discussion at the end of the session to go over likes and dislikes. We'll take one break in the middle of the session, but players may get up and leave the table as needed.
