About the adventure
In a land where even the gods are bound by oaths and prophecies... At the dawn of time, a war between the gods and Titans left the world of Thylea forever changed. Thousands of years later, the first mortals arrived, carried by ship and dragon. The Dragonlords were the champions who overthrew the Titans 500 years ago and forged the Oath of Peace. But the power of the Oath has waned, and now the Titans seek vengeance. You are one of the heroes called by prophecy to end the conflict once and for all. Poets will sing of your deeds for centuries to come... if you survive.

About me
I have enjoyed running play by post, in person and online rpgs in different systems, including Dungeons & Dragons fifth edition, Pathfinder 1e, Pathfinder 1e Spheres of Power, and Fate Accelerated. A lot of rpgs can expand into other areas, and I am happy to see players becoming friends with each other, doing artwork and expressing themselves through other creative outlets, and in some cases going on to be DMs themselves. The Daggerheart system looks incredibly enticing, so I am looking into running games of that.

Creating your character
Starting at level 1. Use 27 point buy or the standard array 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8 to create stats, then adjust for background as normal. Session zero will be used to discuss character concepts, and for people to select their Heroic Destinies, which will affect your journey throughout the game. There are special races and archetypes that are available, which can also be discussed in session zero. In addition to standard races, Thylean versions of centaur, medusa, minotaur, nymph, satyr, and siren are available for this campaign. More information on these will be available in the Roll20 journal section.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
A Discord account and a Roll20 account will be required.

How Raymond creates a safe table
The initial session, referred to as session zero, will be used to discuss expectations and character concepts. We can discuss what everyone is comfortable with for the campaign. There are a number of content warnings, and I am modifying the story to minimize or avoid descriptions of at least some of these, according to preferences.
