About the adventure
Ustalav is known far and wide as the land where monsters run rampant, the dead don't rest, and every citizen holds a dark or mysterious secret. In this land, rests the ancient town of Grayce, and it was here that you were born and raised. Grayce was built on religion and prides itself on being vampire free. It was here that the mighty Knights of Lastwall turned to in their time of need after the destruction of their home by the undead wizard known as the Whispering Tyrant. Many would see this place as lost, forsaken, or doomed. But for you... it's home, and you'll do anything to save it! 🌱Beginner Experience🌱 This adventure is designed with beginners in mind. It will teach you the mechanics of the game as you traverse a temple long abandoned and lost to time. Allowing you to learn about these strange lands, their history, and your own character as you delve into the mysteries of the Temple of the Unlit Star. Afterwards, the adventure opens up, and allows you to take on various challenges, tasks, and roles to save Grayce from it's current woes. 🗺️What to Expect🗺️ This adventure takes you from level 1-4 and will cover a variety of different adventure types. You'll begin with exploring an ancient temple bearing a dark curse before returning to Grayce where the people face many challenges. From disappearances, murders, and souls being trapped in screaming dolls to sinkholes and vampires, this adventure is a wide array of horrors and mysteries just waiting to be uncovered. 🎭A Living World🎭 Grayce is a dynamic town with a host of characters that offers countless opportunities to roleplay, make connections, and is filled with people who each have their own goals, desires, and personality. All set up to create opportunities to develop or expand your own roleplay skills as you form bonds and connections that will shape your future adventures. 💀Tactical Combat💀 You'll learn the ropes of combat, starting simple and expanding your skills with each encounter you face. From deadly monster to sinister traps you'll face ever growing challenges and stakes that will make every adventure a thrill to overcome. Of course, with increased challenge comes increased rewards, and your characters will grow in power, renown, and wealth beyond the imaginings of the common folk soon enough. Your home needs your help Adventurer, and though the path may be treacherous and dark, you may just be the torch that lights the way. Do you have what it takes to discover the Secrets of Grayce?

Greetings Adventurers! I am Galdizan, a seasoned Game Master with decades of experience. I am also a gamer, an anime fanatic, and a lover of stories. My journey into the realm of tabletop gaming began during a stormy night at camp where a friend asked if I wanted to try out Dungeons and Dragons. Little did I know this event would spark a passion that led me to craft and explore an astounding array of diverse settings and adventures, with people from many walks of life. I've been running games for a long time, and it's often seen me through the challenges that life offers. A chance to escape the day to day, and to explore a fantasy realm surrounded by friends, companions, co-workers, or strangers, is an uplifting and an experience that I hope everyone gets to enjoy. There are a lot of things that keep me coming back to TTRPG's, the shared laughter after a win, the looks of horror as some new monster appears, the moments of joy and celebration after a hard fought victory, or the tearful goodbyes as a companion falls. But the thing that drives all of this is the players who join my table. Each of them brings a unique set of experiences to my games, and allows us all to create memorable moments together.
