1. Variant Rule DM14: More difficult identification. Identifying a magic item properties os not possible with a short rest. Now you need the spell Identify or attempting using it 2. Homebrew Rule: Exhaustive Death Saves. If you get back on your feet after dropping with 0 HP, you gain 1 cumulative exhaustion level, even if they recover came from Healing spells
