About the adventure
Welcome to the New York City of the 6th World! Players will take the role of Shadowrunners working on a very strange gig; The Johnson contracting you for this role wants you to try to kill him, starting next week. You will have to infiltrate the heavily secure Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan, kill the target, and get out, hopefully with all of you still alive. The tone here is standard Cyberpunk dark, with some black humor and tongue-in-cheek oddity. Players who like wetwork, snooping around, heists, and the feeling when a plan comes together will very much enjoy this game!

Meet the Game Master
About me
Greetings, Weary Traveller! My name is Gates, and I have been running, playing, and occasionally designing Role Playing Games for about 16 years now. I pride myself on my story-telling ability, my ability to think on my feet, and above all, my ability to center the fun and experience on the players. I am familiar with dozens of systems, but if you have a more obscure system you want me to run, let me know and I'll brush on it and run something for you! Happy Gaming!

Creating your character
Character Creation will be for a standard runner, using the Priority System outlined in the Shadowrun 5e Corebook. Anything from any of the 5e supplements for the game is acceptable for character creation.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
The game will be run over Roll20, but voicechat will be done via Discord, in a server made specifically for the game, so that people can keep their notes, character sheets, and questions in one central location
What Gates brings to the table
I have a very 'play to elevate' DMing style. I am here to make sure you all have a good time. I will be challenging you, but I ultimately want you all to succeed, or at the very least, look super cool failing. This game is going to have a lot of mechanical focus (it IS shadowrun, afterall!), but with no shortage of colorful NPCs, intriguing villains, and striking locales.
