About me

Greetings, adventurers! My name is Sylvander and I'm delighted to be bringing you a collection campaigns and one-shot adventures. I have a background in storytelling, art & theatre. I have experience running heavily immersive games using Foundry VTT and Discord for a wide audience of diverse players, and I always look forward to seeing what each player brings to the table. The systems that I prefer using are D&D 5e (2024), Power Rangers RPG, Marvel Multiverse RPG, Pathfinder and Warhammer 40k: Wrath & Glory and Imperium Maledictum.

Character creation

Creating your character

Players should prepare their character from any of the Power Ranger RPG sourcebooks, and should consult with the GM about which roles / colours of the team are available to choose from. Player characters should start at Level 3 in consultation with GM.

The current party

Players can choose from colours / roles across any of the Power Ranger sourcebooks.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Players must prepare by having access to Discord (used for voice), and access to a chrome web browser that supports Foundry VTT (used for the game). Players must have a microphone and headphones to be active in the Discord voice calls.

What Sylvander brings to the table

Technical: Discord server (voice), Foundry server (game) Voice acted characters, Rule of Cool, epic soundtracks, and unique hand drawn top down tokens. If any players would like or require any unique tokens (these can be provided for $30 per token).

Homebrew rules

A fresh take on Zord combat and how the Megazord works. Trying to bring this inline with the original Mighty Morphin Power Ranger series where everyone contributed to the battle. This includes trialling new cockpit roles inside of the Megazord.

Safety

How Sylvander creates a safe table

Session 0 will be the initial point that players can bring up anything they would like to avoid. Going forward players can also reach out to the GM privately through discord through an Open Door policy and make their concerns known. Alternatively, they could make use the X,N & O cards digitally within Foundry mid-game to signal any immediate concerns within a session.
