About the adventure
When the world ended, it didn’t happen all at once. It began as scattered reports on the news. Reports of riots, disappearances, strange deaths and eventually no news at all. The power grid failed, plunging cities into darkness. The internet died, severing one of the last threads of human connection. Civilization collapsed beneath a rising tide of teeth and flesh. This is a free Shadowdark drop in or out game. The Zombie Reign book was fully funded on Kickstarter on March 31st and will be released in the next few months. These sessions are free to play but I will be recording them for future promotional material. The recording will include the game hosted on Roll20 and all the audio captured during the game session. If you are comfortable with showing your face on camera, feel free to do so but it is not a requirement. Please do not join if you do not consent to being recorded. About me
Hey all, my name is Dean but I typically go by Technobable online. I am new to the Startplaying site but not to running games online. I started playing tabletop RPG’s in the early 80’s when I was 10, became a GM by 14 out of necessity and have been GM’ing ever since. I have played and GM’ed many systems over the years and enjoy learning new systems as they come out. I typically put a lot of time and effort into my games with a good mix of cultivated story, improv and spontaneity thrown in. I dislike railroads so I tend to give my players a large amount of agency on where they go and what they do. All I ask is that your characters to be team players to some extent so the game flows well and we don’t have problematic players trying to steal the energy from the game. I typically do not have that issue as I tend to remove those trouble players earlier than later for the enjoyment of the rest of the group.

What Technobable brings to the table
I bring my years of experience as a Player, GM, using Roll20 and Discord. I have an extensive library of custom art assets, maps, ect as well as over 200 purchased art asset packs from Roll20 to use. I have a large amount of Handouts, Decks, Rollable Tables and Macros to help the game go smoothly.

How Technobable creates a safe table
During sessions, players are free to take breaks at any time they need. They may also provide comments and suggestions via our Discord server. BTW...the Content Warning seem to have WAY to many choices. I may use anything but will be respectful about it. If something is too much for someone and it does not affect the gameplay, I will tone it down or remove the content.
