About me
Growing up I used to play in the theatre and my grandparents would take me to watch all the shows in the city with them. This, with my geekness, lead me to write musicals and other shows for conventions and I have been running as a director/writer of our local community ever since. Working with people from all age groups and all backgrounds allowed me to really learn how to communicate via art, and I also started running TTRPGs as a class for high schoolers and below. But now I am here to combine both my love of the craft and my ability as a speaker to capture an experience for a more shrewd audience. One who wants to be treated as part of the storytellers and not just have a story told to them.

What to expect
Preparing for the session
Just have a working mic and a willingness to learn a new system or if you know the system, a new culture. Come with an open mind and respect, forget what you think you know. Much of what you’ve learned has likely been passed to you from third- or fourth-hand sources and has become distorted along the way. These preconceptions often hold people back from asking questions or looking with clear eyes at what they see before them. Practice empathy, and don’t forget the people here aren’t indecipherable to you. The cultural expressions might differ, but they all spring from the same base emotions and desires.
What DearActor brings to the table
I am running The Foundry VTT on The forge servers, so your sheet is always online and you can make changes and level up even when I am not online. We will use a vast Licensed music library with many hits from fantasy video games. My biggest skill is to create experiences and moments that would be talked about years after the sessions. I curate them to the characters the players are making and insert them into the world and the story so they feel like they are part of it.
Homebrew rules
We are doing only the first three books. We will be using a Persona-like school schedule system.

How DearActor creates a safe table
We will be using Demiplane for Cards of Player Safty that we will fill up in session 0. We will be using the X card on Foundry, which anyone can click, and all the table will get a notification for it. If anything more comes up we will make Lines and Veils for those topics.
