About the adventure
A new night among many you have seen as of late, the cold waves of Sixshore slap against the many houses stilted on the water. The people here are fisherman by want and need if nothing else, and the only pub in town is called The Charred Duckling (apparently after a bad fire fiasco). Little else besides a few farm houses and a dock full of fishing vessels. The pub, usually full has been empty for a fortnight with only 2-3 customers a night. Your caravan is stopping in Sixshore tonight for a quick rest. You hold a note from an employer that begs you to deliver a missive to the mayor of Innisfall. This is a fantasy setting for new players to dip their feet into. Starting at level one, you will travel between planes and learn that the planes and gods are stirring for a war. Your characters will grow and learn the mysterious plot of the world itself. expect high role-play and entire sessions spent talking and discussing. The battles will be rough, and tough so be prepared to learn how not to die.

Creating your character
We will establish ideas for characters, plans for them, and desires in a campaign. In a session zero we will all meet, establish clear No's and rules, learn about each other and the characters we'd like to play.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Discord and Roll20, I will sometimes use Talespire for battle maps but will share my screen for those. If you do not have a roll20 I will help and familiarize yourself with it happily.
What Brendyn brings to the table
I run pretty loose, using my combination of prep, and experience of improving for 15 years to create a story, and world, that the players can enjoy and really feel. I try voices, have playlists of ambient music, and have entire sessions of role-play, or tough battles that you will have to think your way through. You want to try something wacky? Then let's figure out how that will work in game. You want a certain backstory element to come out? Absolutely let's work on how that will fit in. Just let me know what you want to do and I will try my best to configure that into a game that works for everyone involved.
Homebrew rules
I am open to most Homebrew Classes, and Races, within reason. You can't be a god or a child, and I have the last say for NO. That being said I'd love to work with you to turn that NO into a maybe so that we can both enjoy the game.

Safety
How Brendyn creates a safe table
I work on a trust policy and respect policy, I want people to have fun and if they have concerns to tell me ASAP. You can always message me about concerns. At the top of the game and once joined, I will establish my No's and ask each person on their No's as well. This ensures that everyone gets to have a good time and wont feel attacked or uncomfortable. After the sessions I always check in to see things that can change or adapted to differently.
