About the adventure
Hello! My name is Brian and I have played D&D for over 30 years. Over the years I have played several different systems and modules. My primary goal will be to use my experience and storytelling to create a compelling, engaging, and fun experience for my players. D&D has been my passion for many years, and I will always do my very best to work with you to create an experience we will be excited to enjoy each week! I have no problems running the game with new or experienced players, and I have DM'd for players much younger and older than myself with no problems. The Campaign I am running is - Eberron: Oracle of War. • This will be a level 1-20 Campaign. • Levels are gained via Milestones • Weekly sessions that will run for about 4 hours • The First Session (session 0) will be free. • Payments will be made via StartPlaying • All payments should be complete 3 hours before the session begins. What to Expect From your DM: • You can expect a fully invested and experienced DM, with years of creating worlds, dungeons, and monsters under my belt. • Special attention to characters: I want to know everything about your characters, so I will be keeping track of your backstories and all the little changes your characters go through as the campaign progresses. I will then create homebrew content that will be especially focused on player characters and incorporate that into the game, to make this a story about your characters too! • 24/7 assistance: I will be open to your suggestions, critiques, praises, and questions at all times! You can express all your ideas via PM, and I will respond at my earliest convenience. • Teamwork! I am not the tyrant type of DM with the credo „My table, my rules, my way or the highway!“. I believe we can all work together to make this a hell of a ride for all of us. • I will constantly invest in Roll20 and Discord additional content, to make and keep this a premium experience for my players. Social Conduct Rules: • Racism/Sexism/Prejudice of any kind to anything will not be tolerated in this game. • Please let the group know if you cannot make a session. Avoid making a habit of missing many sessions. Game will continue to be played if 1 player cannot make it, but if 2 are absent the session will be cancelled. • Feel encouraged to discuss all concerns with myself, or the group. Communication is key. • Gray area rules will be ruled upon swiftly in session, and can be discussed at length between sessions for ease. • Be kind to everyone, and respect their character choices.

Creating your character
There will be a session -.5 that will be meeting with each user to discuss character ideas, background ideas, ect. Will also discuss subject matter and any topic that should remain out of bounds. Session 0 will be: A meet and greet with all the players. It should last about 4 hours total. We will focus on rules for the game, character creation, and general group dynamics. I will answer any questions about Eberron as well as give the group the initial hook for the adventure. We will open up Roll20 and see the first map as well as open up a play map to explain how the macro's work and how to use them. I am avoiding the 2024 Player sheets as they don't work with all the API's yet. I am open to discussions on that. I prefer using the Point Buy system for Stats, but I am open to other methods. There aren't any books to avoid, I am open to discussing options.
What to expect
