About the adventure

About me
Heyy! Awesome having you here. I've been GMing for 5 years now, and this hobby quickly turned into my passion. Before this, I did improv, and some of those shenanigans carry over into the games. My players would say that my strong suits are dramatic narrations (certified bookworm), pacing, and atmosphere. I would say I'm pretty good at coming up with cool consequences for player actions. Creating your character
Mechanically, character creation will follow the rules outlined in the Hero's book. No third-party content. Narratively, skim through the Zeitgeist Player's Guide and use what inspires you for your backstory. Please limit backstory to 1 page. Session 0 is free, and we will tackle character during that time as well.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You need to have a good internet connection, a decent microphone, and the Codex. This is the premium bespoke VTT for Draw Steel. You will need to purchase it for $20, and I'll deduct it from the price of your second session. (Codex, as of yet, is not fully released. It will launch before the start of session 1).

How GM Dennis creates a safe table

To that end, we use Session 0 to establish expectations, Lines and Veils to ensure no personal boundaries are crossed, and an open-door policy so you can step away from the game without judgment.
