About the adventure
Odyssey of the Dragonlords has recently had a full remaster from Arcanum Worlds. I am lucky enough to have the full edition of this remaster, ready to play! Odyssey of the Dragonlords is a Greek Game of Thrones style campaign set in the world of Thlyea designed by Arcanum Worlds. Players will endeavour to fulfil the Oracle's prophecy and defeat the Twin Titans, Sydon and Lutheria. The heroes will have the help of Gods and Men, but they must use their wits and skills to attain the power to defeat the Titans. There are elements from Ghosts of Saltmarsh to allow players to explore seafaring, and a fame system that rewards heroic deeds and equally punishes nefarious actions. Do you have what it takes to become one of the Oracle's Chosen and save Thylea?

About me
Are you looking for a DM that will put the hours in to make a truly immersive D&D experience for you? Well look no further. I have been playing tabletop games for many years now, and have DM'd several campaigns and many, many one-shots. My profession has been teaching students for the last 6 years, so I particularly enjoy bringing new people into the D&D community. Letting new players bring their first character to life, fight their first horde of monsters, solve their way through their first puzzle and of course crawl their way through their first dungeon, has always been one of the most enjoyable parts of D&D, at least for me! D&D is all about telling great stories and having your players be immersed and wanting more from the world that a DM creates. This is what drives me to create the best campaign I can for my groups. If you want to check out all of the adventures I have to offer, check out this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wLY_-dAEs69su77Y3ZDRSUY_Egeya4F5pS3j2AObt5I/edit?usp=sharing but if you have a particular module you would like to run, I am happy to purchase new source books! Voice acting, sound effects, animated visuals, and attention to detail all help to immerse my players in the D&D games they expect. Not to mention, I bring a lot of source material for players to create awesome new characters with. I have my players create their ideal character directly using DNDBeyond for official sourcebooks and then import them straight into FoundryVTT. But if you want a third party character from a homebrew source or somewhere else, I work directly with my players to create everything for them in Foundry, with as much automation as the system allows to make the game go as smoothly as possible! Drop me a message or hop into one of my upcoming games and let's play through an epic story together!

Creating your character
Session 0 will be run with all players to help them get character sheets made on Roll20. Players should bring a character idea to session 0 as to not waste time of others. After that I will work with each person to help them individually create their characters and backstories. Each player has their own set of quests to complete within the campaign so this will be figured out in session 0 also.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Good quality mic. Stable internet connection. Understanding of how to play their character class basics. Character sheets/character descriptions/bio's should be completed ahead of time. Players can freely make their own notes or share notes with other players but I will not repeat key information if players forget as this would (in my opinion) be hand holding a little much.
What DM Dan brings to the table
HUGE selection of sound effects. Custom maps and battlemaps for the game. Variety of voices for different NPCs. Humour. Teaching capabilities for all, including anyone with addition learning needs (I'm a teacher by profession). Various sourcebooks outside the base games to have a look at and use.

Safety
How DM Dan creates a safe table
The campaign can contain mature topics such as child abuse, rape and racism. If players are uncomfortable with these topics they can easily be removed for any group.
