Creating your character
Character creation will happen at Session 0. Players are allowed to pick from any official published race or class that uses the 2024 ruleset, and can select their stats from either the standard array or but using the point buy system. For new players, if you don't know feel confident in making your character, that's fine! I will happily walk you through that process.

Preparing for the session
Please make sure that your microphone works, and that you have Discord downloaded. If you also want to get ahead of the curve, you can make a (free) account at https://eu.forge-vtt.com, so that you can access the game (this can also be done at Session 0).

Homebrew rules
- Potions If you drink a health potion as an action, you get the maximum possible hit points back. If you drink a health potion as a bonus action, you roll to regain your hit points. - If you want to give a consumable to someone else, it takes an action. If you are giving them health potion, they have to roll to any relevant dice to regain potential hit points. Spells/Feats - No Lucky feat - The Wall of Force spell can trap creatures Large or smaller. Heroic Inspiration - Heroic Inspiration points cannot be used on death saving throws Character Creation - Characters can be made using the official 2024 Dungeons and Dragons content (the DM can provide this) - No rolling for stats

How Tom creates a safe table

This involves making your character, getting to know each other, and getting you set up technology wise. ๐ฒ Perfect for beginners! The campaign starts at level 5, and continues to level 13. ๐ณ๏ธโ๐ LGBTQIA+ players are absolutely welcome, and any form of discrimination or innapropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and addressed immediately.
