About me

Hey there! I’m a long-time nerd who's been living and breathing all things TTRPG for about a decade now, and I’ve been the GM behind the screen for nine of those years. Overall I think I’m a pretty chill and super laid back kinda guy. I’m a bit of a bookworm, I love to game, and I have way more hobbies than is reasonable for any one person. The hyperfixations go brrrrrr.

Character creation

Creating your character

We'll be following the standard rules for Pathfinder 2E character creation, using the Free Archetype, Ancestry Paragon, and Gradual Ability Boost optional rules. I don't have any hard limits on Ancestries, Heritages, Classes, or backgrounds. As long as it's within reason, we can talk it over and make it work.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

No need for a webcam all you need is Discord and a decent mic and you're good to go.

What GM Benny brings to the table

As a GM, I lean more into the Rule of Cool, if something adds excitement or fun and fits within the world, I’m all for making it happen. Player agency is at the heart of what I do, so your choices will always matter and shape the world around you. I aim to present a rich, fleshed-out world for you to explore, full of possibilities and consequences, where you can leave your mark and tell your story.

Safety

How GM Benny creates a safe table

I consider my table to be a safe space for everyone, an escape from the rest of the world where we can all just have fun. Everyone is welcome at my table as long as they respect everyone at the table. Now we’ll be using a few safety tools to make sure everyone feels comfortable and has a good time. - Session 0: Here we’ll discuss the game, set expectations, and talk about any boundaries. - Lines and Veils: Lines are things that won’t appear in the game at all, while veils are things that might come up, but we’ll fade to black or gloss over them. - Breaks: At about the halfway point, we'll have a 10 minute break, just a chance to reset and grab any snacks or drinks necessary to continue our adventure.
