About the adventure
Entire neighborhoods go missing, Wildlife behaves erratic, ghost and cryptid sightings spike. The Bureau of Paranormal Research and Defense have their hands full, so they are funding competent paranormal investigators, occultists and cryptozoologists to investigate these incidents. If you have ever wanted to be a Hunter in Supernatural, part of Mystery Inc. in Scooby-Doo or investigate the unexplainable alongside Hellboy then this is the game for you. Join the crew, driving around the continental United States in this “episodic” “monster of the week” style adventure, while also uncovering an underlying plot. Hellboy: The Roleplaying Game uses basic 5e rules and expands on them to make an immersive and unique experience.

Creating your character
Characters will be created using the Hellboy: The Roleplaying Game rules. You will be provided with the source to create your character as well as a character sheet, once you have joined the game. We will have a session 0 to finalize characters, go over rules, and set expectations for the campaign. Session 0 is free.

How Brewer the Alchemist creates a safe table
I provide green, yellow, and red cards on roll20's vtt. I also have all players fill out an RPG consent form before game start. The first session will also be a session zero, during which we discuss game expectations, potential triggering content, and character set ups. This is a horror game and will touch on many sensitive topics.
