About the adventure

At the edge of the world, where red sands meet jagged cliffs and endless wilderness stretches beyond sight, lies Redshore—a settlement clinging to survival and hope. A stone church rises proudly above the town, devoted to Shaundakul, the God of Exploration, whose whispered call drives mortals to venture into the unknown. A small trading post hums with activity, and palisades guard against both natural and unseen threats. Life here is raw, fragile, and full of promise. Beyond the walls lies a land untamed: jungles coil with hidden rivers, ancient stone ruins whisper of the vanished ages, and every path could lead to discovery—or danger. The choices you make outside Redshore’s safety will define more than your fate—they will shape the town itself. Every cleared jungle, salvaged relic, and mapped ruin strengthens the community, unlocks new opportunities, and brings the promise of knowledge, trade, and power closer to the settlers. In Redshore: Paths of the Forgotten, the frontier awaits. Step beyond the palisades and decide what kind of world will grow from the first footprints left in these wild lands. Every adventure, every success, every misstep leaves a mark—not just on you, but on the living heart of the town you are building.

Im a Canadian Father , writer, game developer and story teller. I started playing DnD in the 80s as a kid, and was running games from the time i was 10. I have a deep passion for story telling and Role playing. I believe in Roles over Rolls, and I hand craft every story for every game.

Character creation

Creating your character

in this campaign , come with your characters bio, background and any lore that you like, as well as a direction for class but we will be starting session 0 with no equipment and stats will be attributed based on some choices you make during the session. Don't worry you will still be awesome, but your character will develop naturally with the small town as it comes into existence around you and you will be the class of your choice at the end of the session.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

ensure you have access to Roll20 and discord when you join, as they are required to play this campaign

What Blair brings to the table

this is a fully featured campaign, there will be plenty of visuals, audio, and heavy role playing, combat in my game is not used as filler, role playing is frequent and essential to development of the campaign, you will be interacting with dozens of npcs and navigating complex situations with your character. and a ton of combat too.

Homebrew rules

i allow the players to make some calls on special rules before the game starts, such as what critical hit system to use , i guess i use a fast a loose rule framework for story telling, potions are a bonus action for example, and the rule of cool is a thing.

Safety

How Blair creates a safe table

this is a pretty heavily character driven campaign, I'm sensitive to players needs, there is breaks every hour and a half scheduled, plus i use an open policy, so if need a break or cant interact with a scene we just carry on and allow you to rejoin when ready.
