About the adventure

Modern mechanics with a retro feel. Think Stranger Things, not Critical Role. Coke and Pizza around mom's kitchen table. Our games are more difficult than most. Player Characters might even die. We don't fudge dice or handwave things. We play quickly. Combat doesn't take an hour. We don't do monologues, backseat driving, or drama.

What to expect

What DM Rat brings to the table

I'm mostly a raw DM. I like you to know what to expect, and the reason why we're playing pathfinder is that we don't need a million house rules to fix a broken system. You should expect a professional approach to gaming. We start, take our break, and finish on time. I run two tables, one on Thursday and one on Friday, and both have been going since 2020. Seats don't come open very often.

Homebrew rules

We run Pathfinder pretty close to raw. No tailwind wands. No elf stepping liturgists. No rares unless campaign specific.

Safety

How DM Rat creates a safe table

We keep things pretty simple. Any issues in session, send a PM. We're all adults here. We always discuss the session after in Stars and Wishes.
