About the adventure
An epic folk horror campaign ranging from 1st to 14th level. Board the mysterious train to a land of perpetual night, full of horrifying creatures and eccentric characters. Wield powerful relics, weave your fate, experiment with several new ancestries and subclasses for your favorite D&D 5E classes! Will you save the land of Druskenvald from an ancient power? Or will it fall further into the night, beneath the crooked moon? This campaign is not a full sandbox, but it will incorporate some elements of the sandbox-style campaign. This is a module created by the renowned, humorous, and heart-wrenching D&D 5E entertainment group, Legends of Avantris! I am a rule-of-cool style GM most of the time, but some basic rules will be adhered to somewhat strictly. I enjoy good role play and will do what I can to make combat strategic and meaningful. Leveling up in this campaign will be done through milestones.

Creating your character
I will invite you to the campaign on D&D Beyond, from there you will be able to create your characters with the special subclasses and other campaign-specific items. We will be having an extensive session 0 as well as there are so many new options. Please try to create using the campaign specific options so we can stay on theme and maximize fun!

What Bard brings to the table
Rule of cool, mostly. I provide character voices myself Sounds through LOA Crooked Moon pack & Syrinscape Tactical combat I will be kind to new players up to a point, birds have to leave the nest eventually! Character death? Make a new one! Safe space, please communicate with me openly.
