"No Tears Over Spilled Coffee" is a LV1 one shot featuring the players as new students/hires at Strixhaven's famous Fire Jolt Cafe! Helmed by the lovely Ellina Tanglewood, the esteemed manager, things go awry when she ends up falling asleep for a bit thanks to the case of the sniffles she caught. Howdy! The name's Puck. I am GM and Showrunner for And We're Rolling!, the Spotify 2025 Marathon & Instant Hit show! AWR is an All Queer Dark Fantasy AP using Godkiller & City of Mist. I've been running queer mess- ahem, I mean, TTRPGs- for about 7ish years, starting with an ad on Tumblr looking for a D&D group after falling in love with The Adventure Zone. In the present day, I run more d6 systems than I have d6s (though I am working on rectifying that), but some of my absolute faves are Monster of the Week, DIE RPG, and Godkiller! （＾ω＾）

Creating your character
As this is a LV1 one shot, character set up should be fairly simple! Each player will need to set up a copy of their DnD character sheet using standard array for the stats. Any custom/homebrew classes are not allowed for this oneshot, though DND officially recognized ones such as Bloodhunter and Artificer are allowed.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
I will be setting up a discord group chat for the purpose of the one shot so players need to provide their username. Additionally, there will be a roll20 game set up for the purpose of initiative and maps.
What Puck brings to the table
For this one shot, I will be providing some ambient sounds/music for the session! There will be maps, whimsy, and some limited combat. Above all else, we will aim to have fun!

How Puck creates a safe table
As this is a simple one shot, we will go over some basic lines and veils at the start of session and set up a X and O function as well. Players are not required to use a camera but it is a plus so physical Xs or Os can be used.
