About the adventure
Set upon the prefecture of Okinawa during the mid to late 1980s and calling themes and ideas from real cultures, join a story that calls upon the imagery of history and mythology, survive the challenges of the World of Darkness and leave your mark upon the tale we weave together. Together the players are a Wu focused on holding domain and control over crime in the region, both mortal and supernatural, and will navigate the supernatural and politics events as the Shen from within and without the island come into conflict for honor and power. (This game will have dark and adult themes but is not "grimdark" territory. Themes will revolve around Crime, Cross-culture attrition (specially when it comes to the Hungry Ghosts) and the connections between the different planes of spirit and matter.)

About me
Hello! My name is Daniel and I've been a GM since my first time playing when I was 13 years old. I'm also a Psychologist, and my deep interest in the human mind has helped me in my DM journey, crafting worlds, characters, stories and connections between them, creating vibrant worlds for my players to immerse themselves in.

Creating your character
Character creation will be done with the use of the Second Edition books for Kindred of the East. We're currently studying the option of using content from V20 Storyteller's vault for more options or for alternatives to the rules later. If/when there is a consensus on using something like that. For general rules, (like "how far can you jump?") we'll be using Vampire 20th for it. This game is set on 1980s. So modern metaplot will not be relevant.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players should have a computer with access to the internet and a microphone. The game will be run on Discord, with Foundry VTT being used for Dice, Sheets, maps and music.
What Daniel E. brings to the table
I use Foundry VTT and Discord to DM, allowing us to have a platform for sheets, dice and maps. My games always feature music, sometimes with opening songs and ambient sound effects, depending on what is needed for the scene. I'm always trying new things and trying to improve, so feedback is welcomed! I will also provide acess to the books we'll use if needed.
Homebrew rules
In character creation you'll define which hell your character has escaped from, depending on which you'll receive extra options on Demon Shintai.
