About the adventure
I will be running a Curse of Strahd campaign with some additional third party source content, additions and modifications which will make the campaign more immersive and roleplaying heavy. Side-quests and backgrounds personal to each of your characters, reasons that will explain your arrival in Barovia and that will push you to interact with that strange world and the other members of your party. Will your secrets unite you as a party or will they destroy you? You’ll step into a land of creeping mists, haunted villagers, and a vampire lord with eyes on your destiny. About me
I am a starting GM who has been storytelling for about two years. I prefer mostly to follow premade modules and add or modify them with some twists and turns. Creating your character
We will discuss the level of magical fantasy and all character creation questions during session zero. I will also be meeting with all players individual prior to session zero to validate if this campaign is what you are looking for.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
The game will be hosted and played on Foundry. You will need to create a full account and read the information regarding usage that I will be sending you. We shall also be using Discord to communicate. You need a good sounding microphone and camera for this campaign. If Discord will take too much windband we will switch to a web browzer.

In foundry you will have a lot of elements of immersion such as: Scenery Images, Music, Books etc. I will be bringing my professional acting skills to narrate this beautifull adventure and to present all characters in a unique fashion as well as add elements that will make this game personal to each of you. I am not a big rule stickler, I like to bend things when my players use creativity for all other questions I am always available to answer.
Homebrew rules
We will be using the rule of cool and you may argue to do certain actions that the system doesn't outright permit or is being difficult towards. Just remember that as the GM, I have the last say and that we are all here to have fun first and foremost.

How Max creates a safe table
In session our individual meetings I will outline to you what this campaign will be about and what themes you may encounter. During session 0 and gameplay I will explain to you the OK system check that I am using in order to go through scenes and where we stop or gloss over. This is a Horror setting so be advised that a lot of harsh psychological and physical themes will be aborded.
