About the adventure
The World Below is a fantasy game of adversity, heroism, terror, and awe using Onyx Path Publishing's Storypath Ultra system. Your characters will overcome or be defeated by terrible beasts, environmental calamities, and Kaos storms ravaging their surroundings and the souls they encounter. They will chart their journeys, chronicle their tales, and potentially pass their stories down to their descendants, who may, in turn, become your characters when your old ones perish or retire. This campaign will begin with group character creation as well as the creation of a central settlement for the party to operate out of. The campaign will then follow the party as they work to find new resources, establish trade relationships, and defend their settlement from exterior threats. As the campaign progresses, the settlement will change, perhaps growing into a thriving home, perhaps struggling to withstand the horrors of the World Below. The party's actions will help direct the settlement's progress and determine how well the settlement can withstand misfortune. The players will adventure into the World Below, but when each adventure concludes, they will return home to weather the Kalm season. During this time they'll be able to take on personal projects such as crafting new gear, writing stories, or building out their home. Meanwhile they'll also determine the direction of the settlement and content with any setbacks or catastrophes that befall the settlement. Creating your character
We will meet for group character creation during session zero. Late joiners will have a one-on-one character creation session scheduled before the next session.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
All you will need is a mic and a free Discord account. You'll need some kind of PDF reader that allows use of interactive PDFs to create your character. I will provide an invite to my discord server if needed once you've signed up.

How Travis Legge creates a safe table
I use the X, N, & O cards which can be messaged publicly or privately or spoken via chat. We will have a session 0 in which we go over everyone's yes gos (things they wish to see) and no gos (things that will not happen) No gos always supersede yes gos, up to and including the various Content Warnings listed on the campaign. We will meet via audio in my discord server, and use a dice bot there.
