About the adventure
Krynn is a world on the brink of war. The Dragon Queen’s armies gather in secret, forging alliances, raising legions, and preparing to unleash devastation across the land. Ordinary people are swept into a conflict far larger than themselves, and the choices of a few heroes could decide the fate of nations. Shadow of the Dragon Queen is a story of war, courage, and rising darkness. You will face enemy soldiers, spies, dragons, and impossible battles as the world changes around you. This adventure focuses on high-stakes heroism, military conflict, and the emotional impact of fighting for something bigger than yourself. Expect a mix of character-driven roleplay, tactical combat, and dramatic wartime moments. You will meet important allies, join resistance forces, protect civilians, and uncover the Dragon Queen’s plans bit by bit. The campaign rewards teamwork, bravery, and creative problem-solving. This game is great for players who enjoy epic storytelling, cinematic battles, and worlds with deep lore. Whether you know Dragonlance already or this is your first time, you are welcome at the table. All you need is a desire to become a hero in one of D&D’s most iconic settings.

About me
Hello adventurers, my name's Ted and it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance! I've been a Dungeon Master for D&D 5E for the past 5 years. I started my professional full-time DM career on November of 2021 and I've been having a blast! I am Greek born and raised, which gives me the edge when I talk for the NPCs, they all have a natural Eastern European accent! Joking aside, I love D&D and I enjoy playing every single session. I am very passionate about the game and all my players have had a great time. I DM for most of the official modules from Wizards of the Coast. I can also pick up other books if a group requests them, but will need some time to prepare. I hope you consider me to be your Dungeon Master on your next epic adventure!

Creating your character
Players will start from level 1 and progress to level 11 in the span of this campaign. Each player should have a general idea of what character they'd like to play and then we will make the concept a reality together. Characters will be created at Session 0.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
All players need to have a working mic and a stable internet connection. Webcam is not necessary but always appreciated (it's nice to see the faces of the people you're talking to). Everyone should have a basic understanding of the rules, of course they will be assisted if they don't remember something. Roll20 as well as Discord account are necessary. Finally, players will need a Syrinscape Online account where I will be streaming music and ambience sounds from.
What Ted brings to the table
I have a Pro account on Roll20, as well as all core rulebooks that I can share with my players. I am very proficient with scripts and macros on Roll20 that speed up combat a ton. Music and ambience will be streamed from Syrinscape Online since Discord music bots are not optimal.

Safety
How Ted creates a safe table
On Session 0 we will discuss the rulings we will follow , introduce ourselves, decide on the party composition and go over the way the campaign works. We will roll for stats, but everyone will use the array we roll. If the rolls are bad we will go with point-buy/standard array for all. We will use the "X, N and O" cards as macro on Roll20. Players can expect a fast paced and rules light gaming experience.
