About the adventure
Under raging storm clouds, the vampire Count Strahd von Zarovich stands silhouetted against the ancient walls of Castle Ravenloft. Rumbling thunder pounds under the castle spires. The winds howling increases as he turns his gaze down toward the village of Barovia. Far below, yet not beyond his keen eyesight, a party of adventurers has just entered his domain. Strahd's face forms the barest hint of a smile as his dark plan unfolds. He knew they were coming, and he knows why they came – all according to his plan. A lightning flash rips through the darkness, but Strahd is gone. Only the howling of the wind fills the midnight air. The master of Castle Ravenloft is having guests for dinner. And you are invited.

About me
I started hosting games nearly 10 years ago. I've ran various systems like D&D 5e, Shadowrun 6e, various systems in the Year Zero engine, VTM v4 (20th ed). I enjoy running the Wargaming aspects and the storytelling.

Creating your character
Some Character Creation rules are; I need the sheet 24h prior to the first game session. Starting level is 1. Permitted material is the PHB, Monster Manual, DM's guide.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Have a Discord account and send it to me so I can add you to the server, get you the Character Sheet and Consent Sheet and make the FVTT available to you.
What DM_Dan brings to the table
I like a mix of storytelling and combat in my games but am flexible and will grant more combat opportunities or storytelling subplots if the players prefer.
