Fear now grips the land like winter’s fist; caravans refuse to travel at night, shrines are overflowing with desperate offerings, and even the bravest warriors feel watched when the wind turns cold. Something stirs in the dark corners of the province, something old, hungry, and whispering. Your story begins when you arrive at Kawaishi Village and you overhear someone speaking in fear: “Someone else disappeared last night…”
