About the adventure
A 6 Issue serial, from rookie to cosmic. Nick Fury Jr. is a busy man. Although S.H.I.E.L.D. was dissolved after it was revealed that Hydra had absorbed it from within (see the Secret Empire series), as the son of the organization’s former director and a man with a strong sense of duty, Fury refused to simply fade away. Making use of information taken from S.H.I.E.L.D.’s databases and his own spycraft, he still does his best to save the world, although on a freelance basis. However, Fury has too many troubles on his docket to be able to investigate each one of them personally. He tries to focus on the biggest problems—like things that involve the Infinity Stones—while delegating smaller issues to other people he hopes he can trust. That’s where the heroes come in. Fury contacts the heroes to ask them to work as a team to help him with a problem that’s cropped up in Little Italy. According to his sources, someone has been purchasing up all the properties in a particular block one by one and leaning hard on the few people who refuse to sell. He doesn’t have time to help the people on that block right now, but he hopes the heroes can manage it without him. This recently came to a head with the arson of a restaurant that burned out the interior of the building down to its studs. Dozens of people were displaced, several were injured and three were killed. With a little bit of luck, it should be a simple matter of going down to the block, figuring out who’s hurting the folks down there and putting a stop to it. Heroes are, of course, rarely that lucky.

About me
I can run any system under the sun. Joining any campaign includes free one-shots every Sunday and a 10% discount on commissions. A forever GM with over a decade of running games under my belt. I started out with a cyclopedia and a dream, in a part of the world where being a "Geek" was considered childish, set out to teach people how to play as a way to get them out of the "nerd closet" and help them make geeky friends. for some one who has been awkward and had difficulty making friends, seeing people come together around my table, let their hair down, and make some real lasting friendships, I was hooked. I've taught friends, family and complete ever since. Code of conduct: 1. This is an all inclusive hobby, I have a Zero tolerance policy when it comes to racism, sexism or any prejudice of any kind. 2. Be on time for the game. If you can't, mention beforehand. 3. Communicate everything, including what's going on with your life (if it becomes relevant to the game). It will be kept between the player and GM. 4. If there are less than 3 players, know the session will be canceled. 5. Don't be a rules lawyer. 6. Don't come online drunk or high. 7. Please give notice if you want/need to leave the game. 8. Be nice, polite, and respectful (or at least don't be a dick), we are all here to play and have a good time. Safety tools: We start with a session zero to discuss characters, lore, house rules, to answer questions and set lines and veils. players are encouraged to discuss these openly but always have the option to let me know in private. I endeavor to maintain a safe and friendly environment and have an open door policy, if you need to leave for any reason then you may do so without fear of judgement, all I ask is that you let me know why, when/if you are able. I try to leave 15 minutes at the end of every session to look back on the on the session and discuses feedback, this is of course optional but appreciated.

Creating your character
Create a Rank 1 rookie character and rank up at the end of each issue. Go from rank 1 rookie to rank 6 cosmic hero in this 6 issue adventure.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
All you need are free Roll2o and Discord accounts.
What Zak brings to the table
Roll20 compendium sharing, full module support, music (royalty free), and a Discord server. I love to weave my players backstories into the main narrative and include them in the world building, I like an emphasis on choice and player agency in my games. I can provide a tough but fair challenge in combat scaled to the parties abilities, so don't worry about balancing and party composition, just make a character that is fun for you to play.
