About the adventure
The Halcyon Domain is being consumed by the Umbra, a living shadow that twists memory, flesh, and meaning itself. You begin in a crumbling city barely held together by ancient Pyres, shrines of dwindling flame that keep the darkness at bay. But the fires are failing, the night is closing in, and if no one acts, the light will go out for good. This is a campaign about survival with purpose. You’ll travel through haunted forests, shattered keeps, and forgotten ruins in search of lost Pyres, fragile hope, and answers the world tried to bury. Combat is dangerous, rest is scarce, and safety is never guaranteed, but around a flickering flame, you’ll find space for connection, reflection, and hard choices about who you want to be when everything is falling apart. I run narrative-forward games grounded in emotion and consequence. We’ll lean into Daggerheart’s Hope and Fear to explore the tension between despair and defiance, where scars matter and memories shape the world. Your character may be bound to a dying Pyre, haunted by a half-forgotten truth, or carrying a spark the Umbra has not yet crushed. The light still exists, but only if someone is willing to carry it.

Creating your character
Character creation will be handled in session 0. We will tailor your characters to the campaign, the setting and build connections to each other and the world that develop your characters as well as the setting Premade characters will also be available to choose from.

I bring the Daggerheart core rule book. A Discord server where sessions will be taking place. A Pro Roll20 account for the VTT and Character Sheet and a fun and engaging story!

Session Zero will go over personal rules, guidelines, safety tools and where to find and access them in the discord. I use the rules more like guidelines. I'm not a big stickler for the rules. My goal is for players to just have fun with it.
