About the adventure

šŸ¦… Curse of the Crimson Throne 🩸 Korvosa is a proud city on the edge of collapse—riots in the streets, plague at the docks, and a blood-red crown that chooses the wrong head. You’ll start as street-level fixers, constables, and cutpurses caught in the first tremors of crisis, then climb into the halls of power to decide who the Crimson Throne truly serves. This campaign is urban, political, and personal. Expect investigations through crooked alleys and gilded parlors, tense showdowns with crime lords and cults, and choices that reshape neighborhoods—and lives. You’ll build allies among guards, gangs, nobles, and the Shoanti while unmasking conspiracies that tie back to the palace itself. Tactical PF2e combat rewards smart positioning and teamwork; social stakes and moral lines matter as much as swords. If you love intrigue, found-family party dynamics, and the grind of protecting a city that doesn’t always love you back, this game is for you. Newcomers to PF2e are welcome, veterans will find depth and challenge, and everyone will get their hands dirty saving Korvosa one district at a time. šŸ› ļø Campaign Details šŸŽ² This campaign converts Curse of the Crimson Throne to Pathfinder 2e and takes characters from 1st to high levels (up to ~17th). We’ll use variant rules—Free Archetype, Gradual Ability Boost, and Ancestry Paragon—for extra customization. Sessions run weekly on Foundry VTT with Discord for voice and coordination. šŸ—”ļø Join Us! šŸ›”ļø Step into Korvosa’s shadows, pull at threads others fear to touch, and bring the city back from the brink—or remake it. Whether you’re new to PF2e or a seasoned adventurer, you’ll find a gritty, character-driven story where every victory has a cost and every choice leaves a mark. šŸ§™ā€ā™‚ļø About Me āš”ļø Greetings, adventurers! My name is Drew, and I’m a passionate Game Master with years of experience running tabletop RPGs daily. Whether you’re exploring gothic horrors or venturing into the vast reaches of space, I’m here to guide you through immersive worlds filled with intrigue, danger, and unforgettable stories. About me

Greetings, adventurers! I'm Drewseth, a dedicated TTRPG enthusiast and Dungeon Master with a fervor for all things nerdy. My journey with tabletop role-playing games began 20 years ago, and I've been running games as a profession for the last 5 years, hosting sessions every day of the week. I've built a wonderful community of dedicated regular players whom I'm proud to call my friends. I specialize in bringing characters to life, weaving intricate stories, and crafting unforgettable adventures. When I'm not running or preparing games, I'm brainstorming new ideas to enrich my campaigns. Some say I spend far too much time doing so, but hey, who needs sleep when there are dragons to slay?

Safety

How Drewseth creates a safe table

Whilst there is never truly a 'typical' session, I always do my best to ensure that sessions are as relaxed and as informal as I can - because I find this fosters a much kinder and easy-going environment - where people can be themselves and have some fun. There will be a 15 minute break around the midway point of the session, around 2 hours into the 4 hour session. I pride myself on providing a safe space for anyone at my table, and I try to make sure that I am available as a person and a friend to my players, not just a DM, and any behaviour, language or actions that makes other players feel unsafe, uncomfortable or unwelcome will not be tolerated, and players found to be in breach of this will be removed in the interest of others. If at any point any player is uncomfortable with any of the content or the experience of the game, they are free to make this known to myself and the rest of the group in any way that is comfortable for them without any fear of judgement, then as a group we would discuss this and how to proceed.
