About the adventure
LGBTQ+ friendly game. This is a campaign set in the Emerald Empire. If you are new to L5R or an old hand that's great. Come learn, play and enjoy the rich culture of Rokugan. Players start out at a tournament testing all their skills as a Samurai. Intrigue abounds. This campaign will span many months or years. Once we have three players we will start.

Creating your character
Character creation will be session zero as we walk through the process. If you already know how to make a character it is a standard beginning character out if the book.
The game starts with the party at contest of their skills. The winner of the contest is made an Emerald Magistrate. Bushi, Courtier and Shugenja, from any clan including minor clans, are available to play.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
If you can find a pdf of the first edition rules please read through. If not this is a great teaching opportunity for me as a GM. Character creation is standard out of the main book. Most books from 1st edition is allowed. No Way of the Naga and Way of the Monk and no Ratlings.
