About the adventure
You feel it, something is wrong with death itself. Souls are vanishing, resurrection magic is failing, and a dark curse is spreading across the world. The only clue leads to the mysterious, untamed land of Chult, a jungle teeming with danger, ancient ruins, and secrets long buried beneath the vines. You’ll journey through dense rainforests, trade with eccentric guides in Port Nyanzaru, and face deadly beasts that stalk the shadows. Every choice matters, one wrong step could mean doom. But if you’re clever, brave, and just a little lucky, you might uncover the truth behind the Tomb of Annihilation… and stop the curse before it consumes everything. Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or new to Dungeons & Dragons, this campaign is built for teamwork, exploration, and cinematic storytelling. You’ll face intense combat, moral choices, and plenty of moments to shine as heroes in a world where death itself has turned against you. Do you have what it takes to cheat death?

About me
Bonjour! I’m a French Dungeon Master who believes every game should feel like a great story shared among friends, with a touch of chaos and laughter, of course. I first discovered Dungeons & Dragons back in the 3.5 days and I was instantly hooked. Years later, I returned with 5th edition I finally stepped behind the screen as a Dungeon Master and I’ve loved every minute of it. I design my own adventures, create custom maps for VTTs, and love crafting immersive stories that make my players feel like true heroes. Improvisation and roleplay are at the heart of my style, I put real care into atmosphere, music, pacing, and tension so that every moment feels alive. My goal is always the same: to balance story, action, and emotion for an experience that sticks with you long after the session ends. Outside my personal campaigns, I also run D&D team-building sessions at work. Introducing new players to the game and watching them fall in love with it has been incredibly rewarding, it’s become a space for creativity, laughter, and shared adventure. Come join me for a game, let’s tell a story worth remembering !

Creating your character
We’ll use the 2024 D&D ruleset for this campaign. Characters will be created on Roll20(or D&d Beyond with a Plugin), and you can either bring a concept or build your character together during Session 0. I can provide a pre-made character if you prefer to start right away(choose from my discord). We’ll start at level 1, using standard array or point buy for stats. All official 2024 sourcebooks are allowed unless stated otherwise. Session 0 will also cover party balance, tone, and how your characters fit into the story, no experience required!
Players are encouraged to think about their character’s motivation for joining the adventure and reason for being in Waterdeep. It is best if one character has a connection to a former adventurer(Friend, Family...).

How GM Lulu creates a safe table
We use Lines and Veils and an Open Door policy to keep the game safe and comfortable. I will send a message before the first session to discuss boundaries and any sensitive topics. Players can give X, N, or O signals via chat or verbally. I also check in after emotional sessions to make sure everyone feels good.
