About the adventure
You awake in the bowels of a Space Hulk as newly forged Astartes of the Heretic Legions in the Ophidian Subsector. Nominally under Imperial control with the opening of the Great Rift the forces of Chaos are keen to remind the servants of the False Emperor of their existence and claim the sector once again for themselves. You are part of one of the many warbands waging war in that Sector. Claw your way to the pinnacles of power, lead your own warband, navigate the twisted politics of the lost and the damned and rise to lead your own Black Crusade. And all would be simple if not for strange memories which haunt your every hour, a memory of a life before this one - just perhaps you are not as young as you thought, and just perhaps uncovering the truth of your origin is more valuable than all the power in this blighted Galaxy. Stick to your brothers, the dangers before you are much more than just the servants of the Corpse Emperor and treacherous Demons. Take your bolter, pick up your blade, carve your name into the stars: Let the Galaxy Burn!

About me
Hi, I am Sushi (The GM Eternal), I am a GM who has hosted games for almost 10 years over a dozen different systems and way more settings, modules and worlds ranging from the unexplored stars to the depth of ancient temples. In every case with largely the same goal I want to put my all into a world, a plot, an intrigue, a game and I want to share that creation with people who might find it wonderous, exciting and ultimately enjoyable. I was a Kid when I started all of this, by accident mind you, finding a dusty book with pictures that captured my imagination in the very dungeons they depicted. I have very fond memories of those times and I wish to share those feelings and that fantasy through my games. Creating your character
Character creation will work in a unique way, each of the players will make a 'new-born' Astartes characters, you will still choose archetypes however the gear and talents will vary slightly. Come to the table with an idea for Astartes character.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
The only things you ought to have for the game is a mic, an internet connection, discord and a roll20 account.
What The GM Eternal brings to the table
Most things, the story, the npcs, the maps, the music and the mayhem. You can expect sessions heavy on combat and heavy on role playing. I also bring customs systems to the table which allow for significantly more flexibility to the game than the original system allows, such as void combat or mass combat. And finally of course I shall be bringing the politics, savage as they may be between the chaos warbands, they still exist.

How The GM Eternal creates a safe table
We will be playing in the Warhammer 40k universe which is pretty dark and you will be playing some of the most villainous characters in said universe so expect some dark themes, if anything crosses any personal borders we can always pause the game and work things out, as for the more graphical stuff, that will be kept mostly off-screen.
