About me

Hello all, I’m Alexys the Bun: Pronouns She/Her 🏳️‍⚧️ I have been fascinated with D&D and tabletops since 2016, and fell in love with DMing around 2020 for my friends. Since then, I have continued to find enjoyment creating and running silly, horrifying, and downright ridiculous adventures with folks. I enjoy creative combat, heavy roleplay, and making custom magic items for my players! I am always learning and building my skills, so communication and feedback from my players is always appreciated. Outside of tabletops, I enjoy foraging, cooking and taking pictures of my silly cat, Lucy.🐈 I may forget a rule from time to time, my NPCs voices may not be Matt Mercer level, but It’s all part of the game. So let’s work together, have some fun and tell a story!📖

Character creation

Creating your character

This is a level 3 adventure, where you will all be playing as goblins. Feel free to start thinking up a class and drafting a sheet, however we will be completing our characters during session 0. I allow any official D&D material, and some UA upon request. Starting hit points are created via point buy.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

This game will be run on Roll20, and so a free account is required to play. I will also have a discord server available for players to talk outside of game, as well as for Voice Chat during sessios if need be.

What Alexys brings to the table

I will be providing a paid account of Roll20 and enjoy accompanying my battle and ambience maps with appropriate music. NPCs are voiced, though I am no professional actress. Social situations utilize a social initiative to allow every player a chance in the spotlight and to keep the game flowing. Beyond that, I bring good vibes, bad jokes, and acceptance to any table I am running.

Homebrew rules

- Drinking potions is a bonus action. - Critical hits are max damage + damage dice roll. (ie; a 1d8 sword crits, you deal 8+1d8 damage) - Nat 20s generally mean you do something awesome. Nat1s generally mean you do something badly. This is not always the case and should never be game breaking.
