About the adventure

BUENOS AIRES BY NIGHT Welcome to Buenos Aires city, one of the biggest Camarilla cities in South America. Where corruption and crime drown the average mortal, the kindred thrive, exploiting the faulty systems to fester and grow within the city. However, not everything is sunshine and roses for the Camarilla. After the disappearance of the Rose Queen, Callisti y Castillo, the Anarchs took over a major part of the city. The clans squabble among themselves as the elders hear the beckoning. The Drowned Legacies rise their ugly heads from amidst the Delta, and the shadow of the second inquisition leans ever so close. Buenos Aires is a vein ripe for the taking. Will you take a sip? - This game is for either experienced players, or new players who are very willing to learn. - Sandbox experience: the players are given the tools to approach a concrete objective in many ways. Players drive the story, while i use all the resources i created to construct the plot. - You dont need to know about Argentina or Buenos Aires to play! i made resources for anyone to hop in seamlessly - Made for diligent players who are willing to put the work to read and learn about the whole city: (almost) every kindred you'll cross has a name and its lore. - Roleplay intense game. Drama and tension are heavily prioritized over number crunching.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE: - a pc. tablet maybe works, but smart phones struggle with Kumu and editing PDFs. - A microphone. internet connection. - A Discord, an account on discord. - A Kumu accounts. - A Google account - A PDF reader/editor

What Francisco brings to the table

METHODOLOGY: - The game is run as Theatre of the mind (no VTT). - Games are done all through a Discord channel. Including dice bots, music, calls, and possible text RP. - We use PDF character sheets, and a google excel tracker for some extra stuff (blood bonds, boons) - i have developed a cast of 80+ characters, 30+ locations, Relationship map, Territory map, timeline of events, Genealogy, and hierarchy for players to use and get familiar with the setting in KUMU. Players should use it to get ingrained in the domain and know their allies and enemies, along with the map, to understand territories and such.

Homebrew rules

- extra experience - extra loresheets, hunting types. - simplified dyscracias - small changes to streamline combat.

Safety

How Francisco creates a safe table

- Once the players apply, you can join the Discord server! - then, we can have a voice call to see if the player is a good fit for the chronicle, debriefing the possible sensible topics that the game might have. - Then, Links to the consent list will be sent to players. - After reviewing the consent list, ill ask in private via text for any details about possible triggers to each player. - On session 0 (Group voice call), we can discuss as a group about the lines and veils, and a content warning on possible sensible topics that the game might have, as a group.
